Before coming to Brooke, Ms. Vermilya attended Brandeis University where she majored in Sociology and minored in Education Studies, Social Policy, and Gender and Sexuality Studies. At Brandeis, Ms. Vermilya served as a Teaching Assistant at a local public school and conducted research on the importance of comprehensive health education.
