She currently serves as an Assistant Principal at Brooke East Boston. Before Brooke, Ms. Lee taught first grade in New York City as a Teach for America corps member. She has also worked as a student support coordinator, instructional coach, and special education teacher within other district and charter schools in Boston.

Before coming to Brooke, Mr. Weekes taught 5th grade at Roxbury Prep Dorchester for several years and coached at a plethora of schools in Greater Boston through Teach For America as a manager in teacher leadership development.

Casillas had more than 18 years working as an elementary, special education and PE teacher in Puerto Rico and Boston. She moved to Boston in 2006 and worked as a lead teacher in Jamaica Plain Head Start and Boston Public Schools. Sra. Casillas looks forward to inspiring children to continue to study Spanish throughout their elementary school years and beyond. SPANISH IS THE PASSPORT TO ANOTHER WORLD!

Before Brooke, Mr. Kelly worked as a middle school ELA teacher in Dorchester, and attended Trinity College for undergrad and Boston College for my masters.

Remaining true to his multi-ethnic roots and southern demeanor, he wants everyone he encounters to feel a sense of cultural values, academic appreciation, and readiness to lead our future (scholars) beyond tomorrow.
